Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Shipping: 3 – 10 business days
Express Shipping: 1 – 3 business days

We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Australia through Australia Post, calculated automatically at checkout based on the number of decks in your order:
1 Deck: $10.20
2 Decks: $11.70
3 to 4 Decks: $16.00
5 to 14 Decks: $20.25
15 to 23 Decks: $24.40
You will see your exact final shipping total before completing your purchase.
For wholesale orders or bulk purchases of 24 or more decks, please contact us directly at info.hawanatu@gmail.com before purchasing so we can arrange a custom courier quote and bulk pricing.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy. If you would like to return your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our full Refund & Return Policy on our website for details.

Do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.hawanatu@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will cover the return shipping cost and offer you a replacement or full refund.
