Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as when you received it — unused and unopened.
In its original packaging.
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
Please note: We strongly recommend returning your item with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
Please also note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 4).

To start a return, please contact us at info.hawanatu@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
When contacting us, please include the following information:
Your original order reference number
Date of purchase
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our return conditions. In this case, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info.hawanatu@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
In the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer you a replacement or full refund, at your preference.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please lodge a return for your original order and then place a new order through our website.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info.hawanatu@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our standard return process will apply.

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Items returned outside the 30-day return window.
