Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment being received, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will begin processing on the following Monday.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second notification when your order has been dispatched.
Please note: During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

We currently ship to all addresses within Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3 – 10 business days after dispatch.
Suitable for non-urgent orders.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1 – 3 business days after dispatch.
Recommended if you need your order urgently.
Please select your preferred shipping option at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
If your tracking shows your order is in transit or delayed and you would like more information, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the details provided in your tracking email.

Please take care when entering your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the carrier, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.
If you notice an error in your address before your order has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info.hawanatu@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, or high volume periods.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info.hawanatu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note: We are not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery has been made.
