Many people accessing community services experience layered challenges such as social isolation, emotional distress, identity uncertainty, and limited access to safe and creative spaces. Our workshops provide a trauma-informed, inclusive environment where participants can connect with others, build resilience, and reclaim a sense of identity, dignity, and belonging.

These workshops are delivered with sensitivity and intention, blending storytelling, creative expression, and wellbeing practices to support emotional healing, resilience, and a sense of belonging.

Participants will:

● Share personal stories in a trauma-informed, inclusive environment

● Engage in creative activities—arts, crafts, and play-based expression

● Learn accessible wellbeing techniques, including mindfulness and self-care

● Experience genuine connection, trust, and a renewed sense of hope
